Always make sure you confirm your mailing address when placing an order. All orders will be shipped to the address that you put as your billing address so be sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address on your order. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR RESHIP YOUR ORDER DUE TO YOUR ADDRESS ERROR.
NO CANCELLATIONS can be made to any order after it has been purchased.
All items will ship 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
BEL'HAIR isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. BEL'HAIR does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered.
